We service all major brands of residential appliances in warranty and out of warranty, including Samsung, LG, GE, Monogram, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Maytag, Kitchenaid, JennAir, Amana, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, and others.
Our repairs are warrantied for 30 days for labour and 1 year for parts.
We bill one labour fee for the total repair. Depending on how involved the repair is and how far away you live determines the cost of the repair. Minimum charge for in-home repair starts at $155, any amount above that would be quoted before we proceed. Parts are charged at manufacturer suggested retail. Any customer data collected is used for completing appliance repairs only. We do not share or sell your information. Any payment data collected is stored in a PCI compliant third party credit card vault.
For warranty service calls, not all repairs are covered by warranty. Warranty normally covers manufacturer defect only. Please refer to your warranty documents to determine what is and is not covered. If your warranty company declines to pay for your service for any reason, the customer will be charged for service.
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment has been confirmed and no one is home when technician arrives, or if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 missed appointment fee may be charged to the customer.
For out of warranty repairs the minimum charge is processed the same day as your service call. Balance is processed when repair is complete. High value parts may require a deposit before ordering.
